Warranty & Liability
- Products shipped by Pactech come with a limited one-year warranty. Pactech warrants these products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment. The only exception is fiber jumpers which include a limited three-year warranty from the date of shipment. Any Pactech product that fails will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent or better component or a credit will be issued at our discretion.
- Pactech makes no warranty as to the merchantability, fitness or application of the products.
- Any liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. Pactech’s liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
- Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 3 business days of receipt of the merchandise. Recipient must report to freight carrier immediately when damaged boxes are received.
- If the recipient is dissatisfied with the purchase or finds the item received dead-on-arrival (DOA), a refund or exchange request has to be made within 5 business days of receipt of the merchandise.
- Before returning the merchandise, the recipient must fill out the RMA Request Form and receive an RMA number from Pactech.
- Items returned for credit must be in the original package with all accessories, all supporting documentation and in resalable condition. Improper packaging may void the warranty. A copy of the original invoice along with the RMA number must be included.
- Pactech will inspect and test all returned items received. They will be processed contingent upon the test result.
- A minimum restocking fee of 25% will be charged on All Goods Returned for Credit. All credit, exchange, and fees will be assessed at the discretion of Pactech once the items are received and inspected. A credit memo will be issued and sent to the purchaser for future purchases.
- A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
- At Pactech’s discretion, defective items may be repaired, exchanged for the same part number or equivalent model, or refunded.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable. Items being returned for refund must be returned by prepaid freight.
