2021 has been a very challenging year, and we hope that you and your team are doing well. For this holiday season, we wanted to focus on giving thanks by showing the love that we have been given long ago.
As our client, you have already given us the wonderful gift of partnership, and we hope to continue that in the upcoming year. To pay it forward, we would like to share a couple of projects we have been working on in hopes of brightening up someone else’s holiday season.
Operation Christmas Child
For Christmas 2021, we partnered up with Samaritan’s Purse for their Operation Christmas Child event and spent an afternoon filling shoeboxes with many necessities and toys, hoping that the children in different countries receiving them would enjoy and utilize every item. The shoeboxes are entirely traceable with last year’s boxes arrived to children in Ecuador.
It is grounded in our belief that every child should have the opportunity to learn, discover, and have fun. Each item in the shoeboxes is hoped to spark joy and support to the children receiving them. These shoeboxes are one of the many ways to further our mission of putting the people and community first. It is important to us that our community grows with love and care.

2021 has been a year of struggles, challenges, and unprecedented events. Thus, giving back is more important than ever before. Every December, we typically send gifts to our clients as a token of our appreciation for the past year’s partnership, but this year we wanted to do something different. We’ve decided to take our annual gift budget and give back to our community by donating the funds to further CityTeam’s organizational mission. Taking care of the people and communities is always one of the first priorities at Pactech.
CityTeam is founded on meeting local needs. Each city has customized programs to specifically meet the needs of their community.
